Consultancy and courses via WhatsApp/Viber– how does that work?
Besides face-to-face sessions and courses, we offer online services via WhatsApp, Viber etc. This type of consultancy (audio or video) is a very practical alternative to ordinary communication that enables us to be in touch with our clients from all over the world.
Arranging the appointment
While ordering, suggest the term for consultations or wait for us to contact you via email after the payment has been confirmed.
Consultancy and online seminars prices
The prices are the same for online and live (person to person) consultancy. To see the prices, go to the products list and see the description of each product.
How to make a payment
Just follow the instruction in the e-shop.
Payments should be made in advance
If the payment does not appear on our account 24 hours prior to the arranged term of consultation, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment without refund.
Reservation is binding
Cancelling the reservation is possible 24 hours prior to the appointed term. In that case your payment will be either refunded to you or another appointment will be arranged.
If you chose to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the appointment, your payment will not be refunded.
WhatsApp/Viber consultancy procedure
The procedure of the consultancy or courses is the same as during ordinary sessions or lectures.
